We always work for a better tomorrow but when tomorrow comes, instead of enjoying,
we again think of a better tomorrow... Let’s have a better today.
Today will never come back.
Just pause and think for a moment. What
are you really struggling for? And are you satisfied with where you are?
Perhaps you are looking for a
brighter future, or for your family or your children. But these were the same
people you dreamed of having yesterday.
So then can you really be satisfied
with tomorrow? The bright future (tomorrow) you picture and work towards today
will look less of what you thought of when tomorrow comes.
We often overlook the goodies today
offers, forgetting today was the tomorrow we craved for yesterday.
That is not to say you should live a
mediocre life or be lazy.
Not at all.. All we are saying is that,
find fulfillment in today as you don’t know what tomorrow brings.
Enjoy today to the fullest and make
good use of all the opportunities today brings.
Appreciate the people around you and
let them feel loved.
Spend quality time with your spouse
now that you don’t have any child and learn how to take responsibilities.
Take advantage of not having a car to
walk with the other colleagues in your office and enjoy some friend time
together after a hectic day.
Take advantage of being single to
groom yourself for marriage.
Man of God, spend much time getting
to know your members now that you have a few congregation. You might not have
such opportunity again...
Let every minute of today count. Don’t
wait to regret what you should have done today when tomorrow comes.
